Trent Tackett, PT, DPT, COMT, OCS

I attended the University of Kentucky where I received an undergraduate degree in Kinesiology and Doctorate of Physical Therapy. I enjoy working with a variety of orthopedic conditions and sports injuries, with a particular interest in lower extremity injuries. I love spending time with my wife, Ashley, and two kids reading books or going on family walks. We attend Southeast Christian Church in La Grange and you can usually find us playing outside with the kids.

Ashley Tackett

I attended the University of Kentucky where I met Trent and received a Business Administrative degree with a Communications minor. I help out with bookkeeping, scheduling, marketing, facility management and any other odds and ends that come up. But my favorite job is being mom to our three adorable kids ages 4, 2 and infant. I also enjoying running, knitting and working part time for Southeast Christian Church Online Campus.
